A free screening of "Heneral Luna" and "Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo" was held last March 1 and 2 as part of the Anilag festival in the Cultural Center of Laguna. Both films were produced under Aritkulo Uno, and according to one of their representatives, they were never contacted by the office of Governor Hernandez with regards to he screening.

The Artikulo Uno representative, who has not been named, has stressed that the governor had been previously warned about screening the two films without proper authorization, but decided to go through with it anyway. Furthermore, since "Bonifacio" has not had an official DVD release, it is assumed that a pirated copy was used for the unauthorized screening. An image posted from the governor's instagram account confirms that an invitation was sent out to the public for the event. The image can be seen below.

All rights of both films are reserved by and under Artikulo Uno, Tuko Films, and Buchi Boy Entertainment identified with Fernando Ortigas and Eduardo A. Rocha.
