Gubernatorial Race Survey, Fake?

Governor Ramil Hernandez claims that a recent survey showing former governor E.R. Ejercito as the heavy favorite for the 2016 gubernatorial elections is fake. The results were posted on January 18, through Ejercito's official facebook page and can be seen in the photo below.

Ejercito is shown to have a commanding lead over Hernandez, with the former being favored by 68% of the survey population, while the latter by 23%. Governor Hernandez has since taken to his own official facebook page to claim that these results are fake while making several points about the post.

Ejercito was disqualified as governor by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in 2015 due to overspending, and was replaced by then vice governor Ramil Hernandez.
