Los Baños 4th Most Wanted Arrested

The fourth most wanted person in Los Baños has been caught by police officials. The suspect has been identified as 43-year old Albert de Castro, and is being charged with the rape slay of an 8-year old victim in Barangay San Antonio, Los Baños last December 2014. The suspect was linked to the crime due to a necklace found at the scene. According to Los Baños Police Chief Superintendent Romeo Desiderio, the victim was repeatedly hit in the head after being raped. De Castro is also suspected in the attempted rape of a grade 9 student this past Christmas Eve. Aside from multiple rape cases, the suspect is also known to be part of a local robbery and carnapping group. De Castro has since denied all allegations.
